Community Colleges

Teaching many of the same subjects as four years schools, community colleges provide numerous marketable associate’s degree programs, as well as transfer opportunities to bachelor’s degree program granting institutions. Although some community colleges are meeting the strong demand for their services, in a weak economy they all still have recruitment and retention challenges.
