Online Inquiry Cards
The inquiry module is used by students who are interested in the school and want to receive more information. Instead of just providing prospective students with an e-mail address to use or a phone number to call, the inquiry module gathers additional valuable information for you to use to better target your future recruitment.
The information collected on the inquiry form imports directly into your EMAS database, making the inquiry form the perfect way to add new students to your prospecting database. Communication history records are generated when students submit the inquiry module or change their information on the site.
Online Application
The Student Form Builder is part of the EMAS Online Pro suite of administrative tools that allows customization of the student facing inquiry and application forms. Using prebuilt templates that institutional staff can customize according to their school’s requirements, the Student Form Builder Wizard speeds the form creation process by doing all the basic work for you. A school can use the Form Builder Wizard to quickly layout all form controls, and then customize sections, tabs and questions using the fully loaded Form Builder toolbox.
Check Your Status
The Status module is used by students to check the status of their admission and enrollment into your school. The module updates user information from the EMAS Pro database and displays custom messages based on where the student is in the enrollment funnel. The Status module uses tracking requirements, such as documents and test scores and the enrollment stage to give students a complete picture regarding the status of their admission.
Campus Events
The Campus Events module offers an organized approach for event registration, with a user friendly interface. It helps to increase the number of people attending campus events by offering a simple, automated registration process. Obviously the automation of events greatly reduces or eliminates staff managed paperwork for the event, and continues to be a staff multiplier when the attendee data is imported directly into EMAS Recruitment Pro.
High School Counselors
The High School Counselor Student Search Module is designed to facilitate counselor – student communications during the application process. With both high school and student granted permissions, high school counselors can view up-to-date college application status to further guide and assist students through the admissions process.
Chat
EMAS Online Pro also features a chat module that includes a trigger which creates a communication history item in the main EMAS Pro database for each authenticated user that enters the chat room. The actual content of the chat is stored in the Online Pro database and is viewable by users with admin rights through the module interface. Chat comments by registered online students are also recorded in EMAS Recruitment Pro Contact History. EMAS Pro Online Chat also includes dynamic features, like the ability to set room moderators, private messaging by participants and access permission by chat room.
